The move

Hermès's move on bespoke service pulls the integration partners into a clearer hierarchy: tier-one (deep integration, co-marketing), tier-two (certified, no co-marketing), tier-three (compatibility-only). The tier-one slots are filling. The tier-two slots are where the next twelve months of M&A happens.
